The building was insured for full replacement value, creating an opportunity to rebuild a fit for purpose, future focused facility that meets contemporary needs while remaining within defined budget constraints. | This Request for Proposal (RFP) relates to the procurement of professional design services for the Design Investigation and Concept Design of a new Roxburgh Entertainment Centre.
